About the Role

Maintain and manage cell lines for various projects, including mammalian and insect cells, while performing routine cell culture testing.
Conduct functional assays with antibodies on a research and development (R&D) scale.
Design and optimize experiments to improve cell culture processes and antibody production.
Perform bio-analytical techniques as needed, including reverse transcription, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, and Western blot analysis.
Proficient in the use of plate readers and imaging systems for data acquisition and analysis.
Experience with antibody characterization assays, such as ELISA or flow cytometry.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field. Must have skills in mammalian cell culture, BSL-2 environment, ELISA and statistical analysis.
